Security Deposit

A Security Deposit of GBP25.00 for dorm beds, GBP50.00 for rooms or GBP50.00 for studios will be taken from your credit card to confirm the booking.

When all monies due for this booking have been paid, and on departure the property has been inspected, and no damage has occured, then the security deposit is refunded in FULL.

Confirmation

An email will be sent to you from Head Office within 24 hours to confirm your booking

Amendments to bookings

Any amendemnets to bookings must be made at least two weeks prior to departure and are subject to availability. Amendment chrages are GBP15 per booking, paid directly to Accommodation London on arrival.

Checking in to your property

You will need to make your way to WILLESDEN GREEN Tube Station, Zone 2, North West London which i on the JUBILEE LINE. Please contact us once you have landed in the UK to let us know that you are on your way and we will give you your address. Our office is open from 8am everyday. If you are already in the UK, please call us in the morning of the day of check in and we will be able to provide you with your address.

The procedure for checking into your accommodation is that, either:

1. We meet you at the actual property. We just ask you to call us when you are outside the building and someone will come down and meet you.
2. You call us from the Willesden Green Tube Station (Jubilee Line, Zone 2) during office hours and we will come and collect you and take you to your property.

At check in, you will need to pay the balance of the rent in Pounds Sterling (GBP) which can be paid by cash, traveller's cheques or credit card. Please note that payments by credit card for the rent would incur a 5% fee.

Just to let you know also, we do not provide towels in the studios, however the accommodation is pre-cleaned and fresh bed linen, toulet paper and soap/shampoo is provided. When you vacate you are expected to leave the room in a tidy condition.

Security Bond

A bond of GBP50.00 will be debited from your credit card by Accommodation London and is subject to UK law. This bond isa security bond required to book your property. It is refunded when you vacate at the end of the term, subject to the condition of your studio, flat or room.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a booking cancellation, the security bond and deposit paid to the travel agent are non refundable.
